Milo Dalgona

Recipe is from Tintin Rayner

What you need:

200ml whipping cream
110g Milo powder
20g icing sugar
ice cubes and fresh milk


  1. Put whipping cream, Milo and sugar in a mixing bowl
  2. Using a hand mixer, mix together until thick and creamy
  3. Put ice cubes in a glass and pour milk over
  4. Scoop some amount of Milo mixture and put gently over the milk. Serve
