Fried Prawn With Tamarind

This is the best companion for Clear Spinach Soup


















What you need:

Approx 25pcs grey prawn - remove head and tail
Tamarind - mix with a little water, discard the seeds
A little oil, salt, a little sugar

Fry prawn til color changed (approx 2minutes)
Add tamarind water, salt and sugar
Mix well
